3 Years to Lifetime License Suspension
No Driving Privileges for First 3 Years (then only with "interlock" and yellow plates)
Mandatory Forfeiture of Vehicle (if registered to defendant)
2d Lifetime Felony Ohio DUI (3rd Degree Felony)

R.C. 2941.1413 provides for a mandatory definite prison sentence of 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 years plus all the other penalties stated above. NOTE: this prison sentence must run concurrent to the other jail / prison imposed by the trial court.
