If your vehicle was towed and is being held at an impound lot because you were arrested for DUI, we will need to Petition the Court for its release. If you have a DUI conviction within the past 6 years, your vehicle will be "clubbed" for 90 days. If you have 2 or more DUI convictions in the past 6 years, your vehicle is subject to criminal forfeiture to the State of Ohio. Also, if you were driving under suspension, were involved in a "hit skip", or illegal drugs were found in your vehicle, we will need to address this with the Judge.
