Our typical client is the person with significant career and professional implications as a result of an arrest. We are accustomed to representing clients who expect a higher level of professional service strictly due to the personal exposure many of them face due to potential job and career implications.  

Each year, nearly 90% of our clients are referred to us from other lawyers and former clients. Although we continue to receive many more calls for representation than we can accept, we will promptly listen to each and every request for representation. The successful resolution of so many Criminal / DUI cases comes from the talents of Attorneys Tod Brininger and Steve Fox who bring unique experiences to our practice. Mr. Brininger and Mr. Fox represent nearly 600 people each year accused of DUI / OVI and other crime in Ohio. Both are former Public Defenders in Franklin County. Their knowledge and interpersonal relationships with every prosecutor, every judge, and most of the police officers in Central Ohio is unequalled.

Our professional support staff includes a 14 year veteran of the Franklin County Clerk's Office who specializes in Criminal / DUI case management; a former teacher who now specializes in alcohol and drug treatment planning for our clients; and, our Investigator is a former Instructor at the Police Academy. Our Intake Paralegal, Tia ("Ty") Morris, is exceptionally well-versed in Criminal / DUI laws.
