We have handled hundreds of DUI cases in Delaware County over the past 15 years. In fact, either Mr. Koffel or Mr. Brininger are in the Delaware Municipal Court several times each week.

Normally we will handle the first court date for our clients without them having to appear. Within 30 days, either Mr. Koffel or Mr. Brininger will have reviewed all of the evidence and are in a position to evaluate the legal options for our clients.

Most of our DUI cases proceed to a motion hearing where the arresting officers will be cross-examined by either Mr. Koffel or Mr. Brininger as to their opinions and investigation.

Finally, in January 2008, a second seat on the Bench was added and David Gormley became judge. The Honorable David Sunderman remains in Courtroom A and The Honorable David Gormley is now in Courtroom B.
