Attorney Tod Brininger Discovers Major DUI Breath Test Issue in Licking County Ohio DUI Case.

Attorney Tod Brininger, a Partner in the DUI / Criminal Defense Practice Group, discovered a major DUI breath testing violation while cross-examining a Licking County Ohio Sheriff's deputy. The deputy testified, under oath, that for the past two (2) years he was destroying evidence of failed calibration checks of the breath test machine.
