Three police officers testified against the client. The client did not testify. The jury returned a "Not Guilty" after just 60 minutes of deliberation.
Our client was charged with Ohio DUI after leaving the Bogey Inn in Dublin, Ohio during the PGA Memorial Tournament weekend. The officers testified that our client was driving without headlights, had a "strong" odor of alcohol on his breath, was swaying, was lethargic, had bloodshot and glassy eyes, admitted drinking, and had "an attitude" towards the officers. Our client did not testify but two of the people he was with did.
The jury returned a "Not Guilty" verdict after 1 hour of deliberations. The client was represented by Attorney Brad Koffel.
